How long does it take to receive an estimate?
Usually within 24 hours.
How do I send my files?
You can send us a Zip disk, files on CD or use our FTP site. To FTP, you’ll need a username and password, so call us at 610-933-7400 and ask for customer service. If you don’t have print ready art, let our graphic design department create it for you.
Should I compress my files before sending via FTP?
It is recommended but not required. We can accept Stuff It or Zip files.
Is there a maximum file size for FTP?
No, as long as your server can handle uploading it to our site.
Do you accept Mac and Windows files?
Of course.
Should I send RGB or CMYK files?
If printing digitally, send a RGB-compatible print-ready PDF (see instructions here). For offset printing, we’ll need files in CMYK.
What software programs do you accept for offset?
We accept files in all the current Mac and PC design programs, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Publisher.
How should I send files for digital printing?
We prefer a print-ready PDF with registration and crop marks, and all fonts embedded, but we will create the PDF for you if necessary.
How are proofs sent?
For digital jobs, we’ll send an actual sample for proofing. For offset files, we provide match prints and blue lines. Your sales rep will deliver these to you or we can send them via UPS.
